2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of maple syrup
½ cup of any milk you like
1 big Mango
1 tsp of lime juice
½ cup of Grandma Emily’s Organic Mixed Fruit granola
Want some refreshing dessert in the summer? A nice blended mango puree will be the best combination with the chia pudding.
Prepare the chia pudding by mixing two tbsp. of chia seed and ½ cup of any milk you like, give it a nice stir and put it into the fridge overnight.
Take a big ripped mango, remove the skin, chop them into small pieces and put into the blender, then add some lime juice. Blend them to a nice and smooth puree consistency.
Now, assemble your them with the mango puree as a base, then add the chia pudding, finally on top, add ½ cup of Grandma Emily’s Organic Mixed Fruit Granola. Plus, you can add any fresh fruit of your choice for additional Vitamin C.
