
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Energy Balls
Ingredients:
#1 2 cups of Grandma Emily Granola, #2 1/2 cup peanut butter, #3 1 cup vanilla extract, #4 1/3 cup honey, #5 100g 70% dark chocolate, #6 A pinch of salt.
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine granola, vanilla, honey and peanut butter. Mix well. Form into round balls. Freeze for 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate on stove or microwave. Garnish with melted chocolate. Sprinkle salt on top.
