Dark Chocolate Granola Squares
Easy and delicious, these squares provide you with the perfect amount of protein to keep you powering through those busy weeks.
  • Your Favorite Grandma Emily Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • PB2 or natural peanut butter
  • Honey

All measurements are estimated and can be easily adjusted as you go. The consistency should be sticky enough to stay together if formed into balls. Begin by mixing equal amounts of honey to peanut butter. Next throw in the granola followed by the coconut flakes and finally once all mixed add in the chocolate chips.

Once the mixture is even, poor into a baking pan and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours and let harden.
